Noemie lives and works in Norway. Originally trained as a dance-therapist and psychomotrician, she is a registered Yoga Alliance instructor;
Tibetan yoga, Vinyasa flow, Iyengar method are just some of her many practices, along with meditation, ice bathing and herbalism.
Noemie is always keen about sharing all these “feel good” tips for your body and your mind, to move and feel better. She’s been guiding classes and retreats around the world.
She will lead you to ways of improving your focus, your mobility, your strength and letting go of the unnecessary tensions in very original sessions.
Noemie is also a massage/body-movement therapist, plant-based nutritionist, raft guide and sauna master.
